Being professional is not just about qualifications and courses, I feel it is about punctuality, appearance, availability, attentiveness and seeing the "project" through from conception to delivery. I have a Certificate in celebrancy from the Academy of Celebrancy, Australia; I am a member of The Australian Federation of Civil Celebrants and also a member of Australian Marriage Celebrants, so you can rest assured you will be in expert hands.
I am interesting; a good public speaker and know the “tricks of the speaker’s trade”. Depending on your requirements these can include, variety, humour, drama and interest, which will ensure that everyone is included and really appreciates and enjoys your special day.
The time and effort I put in to planning your individual ceremony such as; Initial response to enquiries, quotations, client visits & interviews, ongoing contact, on-site rehearsal, consultation & preparation of wedding documentations, preparing registration documents, legal attendances, provision of information & resources, ceremony preparation, finalise and print client booklet, attend & conduct the ceremony can easily amount to 10 hours work.
This is one of the most important parts of my celebrant services. I will make time to meet you personally. This is to see how you get along with me and for you to decide whether I am your type of person before spending any money.
Your wedding is your special day, and as everyone is different, I am here to help you create the ceremony that you want. From a small and simple ceremony to an extravagant ceremony with all the bells and whistles.
A Commitment Ceremony is very similar to a Marriage Ceremony however it doesn't involve any Legal Requirements. This ceremony is a celebration of love between two people who are either unable to marry under the Australian Law. It may also be the ceremony of choice for couples who want to express publicly their commitment to one another without marriage.
Renew Vows Ceremony
A re-affirmation or renewal of vows ceremony can be used by any married couple that wish to celebrate renewing their marriage vows in a personal ceremony with their family and friends. A reaffirmation or renewal of vows ceremony can be structured, like a wedding ceremony, or can take any form that you choose.
Baby Naming Ceremony
A Naming Ceremony is a personalised ceremony designed to welcome a baby and to introduce them formally to their family and friends. Your chosen ceremony can be as simple or as elaborate as you require and I will help you create the right type of ceremony for your needs.
